My name is Bülent, but you can call me Ben.

          I’ve been doing photography for 20 years, with 10 of those years as a professional photojournalist. My work has taken me all over the world, covering everything from political and social events to major sports like the Champions League.

         I spent 8 years with Anadolu Agency in Türkiye, where I photographed key events like the earthquake in Nepal and the Ukrainian-Russian conflict. Along the way, I’ve picked up some awards for my work.

        Now in New York, I’ve started my own business, Close Up Pictures. I’m all about telling stories through photos, working with other creative folks, and capturing real moments at events, whether they’re personal, corporate, or anything in between.
